Directions:  As a dietary supplement the 4mg dose may be taken 1-3 times daily with food. It is best absorbed when taken with a meal especially one containing fat.

Serving Size:  Three (3) vegan softgels

Ingredients:  Natural Hawaiian astaxanthin 12mg
(from haematococcus pluvialis microalgae).

Other Ingredients:  Extra virgin olive oil, high oleic safflower oil, non-GMO modified corn starch, seaweed, glycerine (vegetable), sorbitol, purified water, natural tocopherols (from sunflower oil). Also contains naturally occuring carotenoids including lutein in a synergistic blend.
