Directions:  Pain Relief: Adults & children over 10 years: Apply generously to the affected area. Massage gently into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Repeat 3-4 times daily as necessary. Children 10 years or younger: Ask a doctor. Cough Relief: Adults & children 2 years & older. Rub on the throat & chest in a thick layer. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Clothing should be loose about the throat & chest to help vapors reach the nose & mouth. Use up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor. Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor. For external use only.
