Directions: Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, up to three times per day for no more than three days. We reccommend a day of rest if resuming use.Thereafter use only as needed. Safe for children over the age of 1 year.
