Directions:  Steep 1-2 bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Steep in hot water & refrigerate for iced tea. Use 2-4 bags or more a day. Clears respiratory ducts, soothes the throat & helps correct addictive behavior. Considered a detoxifer & system cleanser.
