Directions: put 1/2 cup TeeChia in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup hot water or 1/3 cup cold water to activate the soluble fiber. Stir and let soak until water is absorbed (ready in less than 1 minute). Add milk, yogurt, or any non-dairy alterntive.
