Directions:  Adult & children 12 or over, take two (2) capsules twice daily. Results are usually felt within minutes or hours and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try one (1) capsule twice daily for maintenance. Take up to four (4) capsules twice daily during times of high stress. If pregnant or nursing, see a doctor first.
