You have read about the family and our beliefs. You know what we do, some of the services we offer and (hopefully) many of the products we distribute. But still you want more, and we do have more to offer. We would greatly appreciate the chance to speak with you personally about how we can be of service and make retailing easier for you. Your success is important to Palko Services and we are hopeful to get the chance to prove it you with more services listed below.
Palko carries full line for many of the brands we service. Are you having trouble getting your favorite product from the large corporate distributors? Palko may be able to help. If you don't see an item from a brand Palko distributes we can special order it for you (ask your sales rep for details). We have heard that the larger or corporate distributors are discontinuing some very good sellers. Palko is looking to add these products to our inventory to support our retailers so they don't miss 1 single sale. If you have a product that your primary distributor has discontinued call your Palko rep and we will see if we can source that item for you. It is not always possible. But again if there is any distributor who will go that extra mile to help a store it's Palko Services.
Guaranteed Sale on first time ordered products
From day one Jim Palko said if it doesn't sell he would take it back. 30 years later Palko Services still offers a guaranteed sale on all first time ordered products. Want to try something new? Great, if you order it from Palko and it does not sell you can return it for credit towards another new product or your favorite hot seller. We ask that all price tag glue residue be removed and that the product is in re-sellable condition. If so, there will be no restocking fee and a full credit for your purchase price will be available to you. (unfortunately all food items are exempt)
Products movement reports
Do you want to know what other Natural Products stores are selling? What's hot for them? We can offer you reports based on what our independent stores are buying. We have a top 100 list of all products or we can categorize the list to suit your needs. Are you a supplement store thinking about adding a personal care section? Call Palko and find out what our top 100 personal care products are. Want to carry herbal teas? Homeopathy? Yes we can report on those for you as well and get you new placement deals. It's like SPINs data for independent health food retailers.
MAP pricing supporter
You work hard for your customers. You educate them and explain how to use a product. You explain the features and benefits only to have them go online and buy it for a few cents more than you pay for it. That is frustrating and we have been fighting this battle for you for years. Palko supports all of our manufacturer's MAP pricing policies. We have a list of MAP policies on this website you are welcome to review. We also provide a way for you to report MAP violators directly to the manufacturers. Again, if you succeed and we can help you succeed, we will go above and beyond to make it happen.
Fast Reaction Times
Since Palko Services is an independent family owned company we can react quickly to trends in the marketplace. We do not need corporate approval to make a quick decision. If we think it will work, we are on board and ready to react.

What is Dr. Oz talking about today? We know how he can have a direct impact on your sales. We do our best to keep up with what he likes and discusses on his show. If it is hot we make sure to source that product quickly, if possible. He can drive so much business the raw materials suppliers can't keep up. But whatever we can do to get the product in quickly, routinely happens at Palko Services.
Continued Product Training
The Palko sales team is continually attending product training sessions from the brands we carry. Nearly every week we learn about a new item or new brand. We prefer to answer your questions without having to call you back. But our sales team has excellent follow-through. If we don't know the answer for you when you ask it you can be assured we will find the answer for you.
